Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if you reschedule more than 24 hours in advance.

What if I’m not completely happy with my hair?
Your happiness matters to me
If something doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out within 3 days of your appointment. Complimentary adjustments are limited to minor refinements of the original service and do not include change-of-mind requests or major changes.

Do you specialize only in vivid color?
While creative and vivid color is my passion, I also offer dimensional blondes, lived-in color, cuts, and weft extensions. If you love intentional, customized hair — you’re in the right place.

Yes — consultations are highly recommended for major changes, vivid color, or extensions. This allows us to align on expectations, maintenance, timing, and investment.

All major cards are accepted. A card on file is required for booking and is used in accordance with cancellation and no-show policies.
